Sonia Di Gennaro, psychologist, trainer and clinical supervisor
What to expect
We will work side by side to help you untangle the knots that may be preventing you from living the life you want. I offer a comfortable and confidential space where I work collaboratively with my clients with respect and professionalism.
At the beginning, we will decide together what you would like to achieve and then explore what may have been holding you back. As you develop a greater understanding of the reasons behind your difficulties, you may begin to experience changes in anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias or obsessive difficulties. You can discover new possibilities and different ways of approaching things, giving you greater freedom to make your own choices and develop a broader, renewed understanding of yourself, your relationships with others and the world around you.

Individual sessions
If you have found your way to this page, perhaps something in your life is not going quite as you would like. You may feel the need to talk to someone about the difficulties you are facing and would like some support in finding a way through them. Perhaps you are feeling alone in a culture different from your own. Maybe I can help....

Couples sessions
When tensions arise between you and your partner, you may both find yourselves caught in recurring patterns, such as heated arguments, conflict, or withdrawing from one another into silence. These patterns can make it difficult to restore a sense of balance in your relationship.
In my professional role, I aim to remain neutral and encourage both partners to explore the difficulties and concerns each of you is experiencing, while supporting you in communicating with one another in a more effective and constructive way.

Group facilitation
In a group, the interaction between participants creates a particularly dynamic experience. This can foster relationships, a sense of connection and belonging, and the development of a shared culture with the potential for meaningful change. Groups can offer a supportive space where sharing experiences and difficulties with others can help ease feelings of isolation and alienation.

Themed workshops
If you are interested in exploring specific themes, taking part in experiential exercises, discovering psychological ideas that you can apply in your everyday life, and working in a group with others who, like you, are curious to explore and experiment, these workshops can offer an opportunity to experience something different.
A new workshop will be available soon. More information will be published here.
