Sonia Di Gennaro
I am a psychologist, clinical supervisor, counsellor and psychotherapy trainer. My main theoretical approach is Transactional Analysis, within an integrative and relational framework.
I have over fifteen years' experience working with individuals, couples and groups.
It is important to me that you feel comfortable talking openly and that together we can explore whatever is causing you difficulty. My aim is to support you in making your own choices and finding what works best for you, with greater awareness and autonomy.
I also speak English and Spanish.
I have experience working with a range of issues, including relationships, loneliness, and difficulties adjusting to a new culture, low self-esteem, anxiety and depression, addictions and eating disorders, panic attacks, phobias and obsessive difficulties, gender identity, grief, trauma, feeling stuck in life, and difficulties making decisions and/or letting go of objects, situations or people.
